How do I stand the iPhone?: In landscape with USB-C on the right, right at the net on the half you play to. The screen faces you, the camera watches that half. It must stand straight: tilted sideways or lying flat, the app does not measure.
The board does not appear.: The app waits until the iPhone stands still. Let go and do not touch the table. If it stands with USB-C on the left, turn it round.
Why is there a dash instead of a number?: That ball's reading was not certain enough. TT Vision would rather show nothing than a wrong number.
Which balls work?: The app is tuned to white 40+ balls, with or without a print.
I changed my iPhone. Where are my skins?: Open the skins and tap “Restore”. The app fetches your purchases from the App Store.
Does the app need the internet?: No. It measures entirely on the iPhone. Only buying a skin goes through the App Store.
